Effervescent Tablet Filling Lines

These Effervescent Tablet Filling Lines are designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing and are filling the tablets into the tubes as they are rotating. This well proven technology is especially suitable for fragile products like effervescent tablets.
These automatic Effervescent Tablet Filling Lines are fully GMP-conform and are available in a capacity range from 10 over 35, 70 and up to 140 tubes/min
The combination of electric drives, PLC, pneumatics and replaceable format-parts reduces set-up time and provides the largest known flexibility range in terms of possible product formats.
The tube filling machines are based on a modular design with which different machine modules can be used to create different set-ups.
The medipac machines have a very wide format range. With only a few format pars needed can the machines be reset to handle tablets with a diameter from 14 mm up to 33 mm. Further on can the filling machines handle tubes with a length from 50 mm up to 200 mm without any format parts at all needed!
If the machines are set up in line with a tablet press and a secondary packaging machine can the whole line be operated by one person only.
Last but not least are the tube filling machines designed so that the capacity which is given in the specification also can be realised from the first day.
