Upon completion of engine mounting & fixation of all QRC and sensor connections, operator will scan engine Model ID. ECU injector code is pasted on the engine and is scanned with the help of barcode reader. This barcode is attached to iASYS injector flashing software installed on a PC. The software will read the MODEL ID & will flash the ECU. The ECU is connected to iASYS system with the help of interface hardware. The MODEL ID & INJECTOR DATA will get logged in the iASYS system.
