These ECOBIK Systems is patented proven technology working in the field since last 18 years successfully. ECOBIK Process consists of a continuous aerosol based treatment of combustion air and/or fuels, permanently produced in special designed suspension generators. These aerosols are injected in the combustion air. ECOBIK system is designed for each application, based on type and dimension of the combustion unit and on the type and composition of the fuels used.
The savings would happen on account of the following:
a cLower Excess Air: Excess air can be reduced to less than 10%, this would directly result into fuel savings
a cBetter Heat Transfer: Boiler operates more efficiently due to drastic reduction of deposits on heat exchangersa surfaces that interfere with efficient heat transfer.
a cMore Complete Combustion: Un-burnt Carbon (Superior hydrocarbons- CnHm) is reduced on account of advanced Oxidation of these Hydrocarbons.
a cLower Stack Temperatures: As the boiler fire side surfaces remain clean, it reduces the stack temperature and results into improvement of boiler efficiency
