Easy Fast Curing Pu Adhesive

We are involved in providing our customers fine quality Easy Fast curing PU Adhesive which is a gun applied ready to use single component self expanding polyurethane adhesive. The product has been developed for clean, efficient, economic and permanent bonding of insulation panels and lightweight decorative elements in wall and roof areas.

Applications:
a c Bonding of various types of insulation panels onto roofs, walls and faA ades.
a c Bonding of decorative elements in faA ade applications.
a c Filling of cavities between insulation panels.

Consistency : Stable Adhesive Foam a does not sag
Curing System : Moisture Cure at room temperature
Skin Formation : +/- 8 minutes (20A C/65% R.H.)
Can be trimmed : +/- 40 minutes a 30mm adhesive bead
Drying time : Dust free after ca 9 min. a 30mm adhesive bead
Full strength : +/- 12 hours a 30mm adhesive bead
Post expansion : Minimal
