Dynamics Pass Box Cleaning Type: Manual

Dynamic Pass Boxes offered by us are used for the transfer of material from one area to another in isolation by means of mechanical/electromagnetic door interlocking process that ensures opening of only one door at a time. This process helps in avoiding cross contamination between two areas.

Operations:
* Material to be transferred from one place to another is placed within hatch from one end & door is closed
* The material can be lifted from other end from the hatch
* The interlocking of doors ensures only one door to be opened at a time

Construction:
* Units are factory assembled & made up of S. S. 304 grade Stainless Steel material
* These units have smooth welded corners

Blowers:
* These feature direct driven statically & dynamically balanced blower assembly with volume control damper that is used for air circulation within the cabinet
* Easy access is also provided to blower compartment

Discharge Filters:
* These are generally HEPA filters certified that are used to achieve filtration efficiency of not less than 99.97% & filtration accuracy of 0.3 microns

Pre-Filters:
* These are made from fiber glass media to achieve high filtration efficiency & filtration accuracy of up to 5.0 microns
* These are used to block major particles from air within hatch being sucked by blowers & then passing it through discharge filters thus enhancing life of discharge filters

Electrical:
* Feature low voltage touch control panel in front of cabinet that is used for unit operations
* The unit comes with switchgear for safe and trouble free operations

Instruments:
* A Magh. gauge is used for static pressure measurement across HEPA filters and to also monitor blower performance

Optional:
* Hour meter to record operation time
* Static pressure transmitter (4 - 20 mA)
* Variable blower speed control device
* Germicidal U.V. light
* On site validation
