Pass Box is used as a safe passage to transfer materials, tools or items from unclassified area to classified area. The material can be transferred from one room to another without opening the door with the help of Pass Box. This has two doors,the two doors are interlocked in such a way that two doors cannot be opened simultaneously .The special feature of interlocking of the controllers in Pass Box ensures that when one door is open, the other door remains closed ,hence maintain the higher level of cleanliness of the room by preventing direct flow of air or other bacterial contamination from one room to other.The prevention of simultaneous access of doors is being achieved by pass box controller
These units are fitted with a HEPA FILTER & PRE FILTER in order to avoid cross contamination
Air drawn through pre-filter made to pass through highly effective HEPA Filter having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with HOT DOP, thus retaining air borne particles of size 0.3 micron and layer.
These units are fitted with statically and dynamically balanced motor blower assembly. The motor blower automatically gets on while opening any one of the door

Body made up of Electro Galvanized sheet duly powder coated or SS-304 grade sheet providing the equipment longer life.
Door with transparent tempered glass window are provided on opposite sides.
