Dyeing, Scouring, Wetting Agent

Our customers can avail from us a wide range of Dyeing, Scouring, Wetting Agent. This agent helps in removing loom stain, kandy, fold marks, carbon and fungus. Also, this wetting and dyeing agent is stable with alkalis & acid dyeing, Scouring, Wetting Agent. Some of the properties of this agent are given below:

* Micro x Micro along with Caustic Poly dyeing can be carried out
* Kitty can be removed very fast by Product -2810
* One bath Poly dyeing, and caustic dyeing with the help of product will give good and bright dyeing

Applications :
* 100% Polyester or Micro x Micro
* Caustic, 1% to 3%
* Product -2810, 0.5 to 1%
* Raise the temp to 80 C or required
* Hold for 15-20 minutes, cool down temperature to 80 C
* Add oxalic acid and 2% HCL, hold it for 10 minutes
* After reducing the temperature to 50 C
* Acetic Acid, x % to get the pH 4-5
* Dyes, x %
* Product, 2810 : 0.2%
* DFT, 0.1% to 2%
* Temperature as per fabric's requirement, that is 100 C to 130 C, hold it for 30 C to 45 C.
* Cool and drain the bath

Scouring and dyeing by one bath method

* Product: 2810 : 0.5% to 1%
* Oxalic Acid: 0.5% to 1%
* Dyes: x %
* DFT: 0.1% to 0.2%
* Temperature can be raised as per dyeing requirement, cool & drain the bath
