Dust Separators (Sds)

Dust Separators (SDS) is suitable for removing dust in plastic materials such as PET, PA, and PC etc. It is not used for dealing with plastic recycled materials. Please inform us as the material need anomalous temperature or close-loop circulation after drying. SDS-100/250 is only applicable for the dust-separating of virgin material; SDS-500 is applicable on the floor mount.

Standard configuration
1) Air inlet is designed for regulation of air flow.
2) Easily removable for ease of installation and operation.
3) All surfaces in contact with material are made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination.
4) Equipped with rotary speed adjustable motor to adjust the feeding amount according to actual demand.
5) The static eliminator quickly neutralize static electricity on the surface of material.
6) The material suction blower is protected from dust by the easy-maintenance air filter and dust collection barrel.
7) SDS-500 has alarm indicator for quick fault indicating.
8) SDS-500 has material loading blower and photo sensor hopper to perform automatic material loading.
9) The efficiency of dust separating can reach 80%.
Accessory option
1) SDS-100/250 can optionally collocate with auto loaders to realize the automatic material conveying.
2) SDS-500 can optionally collocate with storage tank (Include level motor and suction box)
