Additional Information:
The components to be dipped are loaded on the platform. When cycle start button is pressed, the table goes down.
The dipping platform along with the components dips inside the solution bath. After set time the platform on which basket is kept is raised.
During dipping and dunking the contaminated solvent from the dip tank is pumped, filtered through fine filter and again circulated back to the dip tank. Turbulence is created in the tank. This helps for faster cleaning of the components.
