Inner Layer:
Activated Charcoal 250 mg/400 mg
(Enteric coated for intestinal release)

Outer Layer:
Simethicone 80 mg
(Sugar coated for gastric release)

Simethicone is released in stomach & it expels the gas by coalescence of gas bubbles in the stomach. Activated charcoal adsorbs & absorbs gas from the intestine as it is released in intestine only. Hence, this logical treatment removes gas from whole G.I. tract.
