Drying Tumler machine are specially designed for drying knitted fabric rolls, all types of garments, quilts, bath mats, towel fabrics, uniform drying, rapidity softness & shrinkage control. The drying tumler machine are also specially designed for hosiery dyeing industries, garment export industries, denim processing units, towels dyeing units and all types of laundries work for hotels and hospitals.

The complete stainless steel basket that holds the articles is precision punched by hydraulic punching machine and its supported by self aligning ball bearing for noiseless operation. The sizes of the perforations of the inner basket are designed to ensure the right amount of airflow. The inner basket has stainless steel paddles are also manufactured in a hydraulic machine with the help paddles dies to ensure in lifting of garments. V-belt and pulley drive for low torque and high speed.

Steam radiator/Electric Heaters are made of coil and aluminium fins for steam heated or fin type of air heating elements for electrically heated machine. The heat exchange can be powered with:

Electrically controlled protection provided for auto timing & Auto reversing through micro controlled base cycle timer / PLC. All controls front displayed with pilots lamps. Emergency stops buttons and safety limit switches is installed in panel box to ensure of the operator.

The lint filter is extremely large and very easy to clean. The inner basket is doubly insulated with the finest quality mineral wool held in place by aluminium sheets on loaded spring hooked ties.
