Drying cylinder is made of cast iron with a cover at both ends of the hollow cylinder, by the cylinder and its ends of the cylinder cover, the outer diameter of more than 1000-3000mm, in the process of operation, the internal steam will be transported to the paper drying scalding. Saturated steam from the steam connector through the condensation inside the drying cylinder, the heat released to make the drying cylinder temperature rises, which will be wrapped in the roll shell surface running paper heating. The heat is transferred to the paper by the contact between the paper and the cylinder surface. Individual journals are bolted to the dryer head, the dryer shell is ground externally and rotated internally, while all dryer journals with steam or condensate tubes have insulating sleeves. The inner surface has grooves for fixing siphon tubes, and all dryer fronts have manholes. The evaporation intensity per unit volume can be up to 120-180kg/m3 , with advanced technology, reasonable operating parameters and simple and feasible operation. The equipment adopts material and hot airflow drying process, widely used.
