Indian designed and manufactured the Onyx Dry system is a Powder Polyelectrolyte Preparation System for continuous production of a constant quality polymer solution. Polymer preparation is by automatic batch with solution concentration manually adjusted to suit plant requirements.
TWO TANK DESIGN
The onyx polymer preparation system features a two-tank design. Mixing tank within the main structured tank. The Mixing tank is filled by a hydraulic transfer system. This eliminates the need for large service platforms.
COMPACT SKID MOUNT
The onyx polymer system has been designed to allow for easy installation & transportation by mounting all components on a common SS skid. Site installation requires only the connection of process water and electrics.
