Drummed Bitumen Melter

We are instrumental in exporting DT series Drummed Bitumen Melters which are manufactured by Jinyun are used for decanting bitumen out of drums and heating up bitumen. They make fully use of exhaust gas of transfer oil heater to make bitumen melt and come out of drums, and use the transfer oil heating coils to indirectly heat up bitumen, which can prevent bitumen from aging during heating. They also have the functions of dehydration and automatically removing residue. This drummed bitumen melter is not only greatly save energy sources and manpower, but also perfectly protect environment.

a Energy saving: which make fully use of exhaust gas (320-450a ) of heater to melt and make bitumen coming out of drums (it is about 150a while waste gas was let off to air). The closed-construction saves 50% energy sources compared with the exposed one.
a Taking bitumen out of drums thoroughly: the melters use exhaust gas (320-450a ) of heater to directly heat up the wall of drums, bitumen near the wall of drums can be rapidly melted, and then the whole bitumen in drum will discharge thoroughly.
