Pneumatic / Hand Operated Drum Cap Sealing machine for 2" & 3 / 4" Capseal.
The machine comes in two modes-Pneumatically operated and Hand operated.
The pneumatic machine is used for bulk manufacturers who have a production line where barrels are filled and sealed on a conveyor. The operator has to place the pneumatic tool on the cap and press the switch which will automatically seal the cap.
This machine has 18 jaws (for 2" seal) and 9 jaws (for 3 / 4"seal) . The machine body is of Aluminium and jaws are made of steel.
The hand operated machine is used by small manufactures who do not have a conveyor line or where requirement is small. The machine operates with the help of two handles as shown in picture. The operator has to place the tool on the cap and bring the handle down in a horizontal position to seal the cap.
Both machines have powdercoat finish and offer excellent workmanship for 5 years if handled properly. The sealing is tamper proof and pilfer proof.
