Drilling Fluid Foaming Agent - Khaki Powder, 0.8 G/m3 Density | Non-hazardous Micro Bubbles For Enhanced Drilling Efficiency & Reservoir Protection

The foaming agent we produce is Stiff Foam Agent, it produces intense and recyclable micro bubbles.
Stiff Foam Agent has the following features compared with other foaming agents:
(1)It produces non-assembled and recyclable micro bubbles comprised of independent sphere whose core is wrapped by multi-layer film. Because of the ebonite property of multi-layer film, the micro bubbles are of high strength and not easily to break.
(2)The foaming agent itself can meet the needs of foam fluid production and maintenance. On-site professional engineer's service is not needed, which simplifies the process and facilitates the operation.
(3)This product does not contain hazardous materials and environmental friendly.

Application Scope:-
In Drilling
(1)For low pressure and leaking formation, the foaming agent can effectively reduce the column pressure of drilling fluid, prevent formation from lost circulation and solve the drilling technical problem of low pressure lost circulation result from conventional drilling fluid.
(2)Drilling fluid with high viscosity has high capacity of sand-carrying which is more than ten times of single-phase fluid.
(3)It can effectively clean well bore, reduce chip hold-down effect of pressure difference, free mechanical drilling speed to the utmost and improve drilling efficiency.
(4)Because of low solid content, bit life is extended.
(5)For the formation sensitive to flow velocity or formation with poor consolidation, it is helpful to well bore stability.
(6)With no influence to downhole work of drilling motor tools and MWD, it can be used in drilling of directional wells and horizontal wells.

In reservoir protection:-
(1)It has low pollution to core and debris and is helpful to analyze and evaluate the oil and gas reservoir.
(2)The micro bubbles can form very thin temporary blocking area in well to protect oil and gas reservoir.
(3)When stiff foam drilling fluid jetted from the bit, aspheric micro bubbles with pressure are formed because of the combined effect of pressure reduction and vesicant. These micro bubbles with energy not only reduce the drilling fluid density but also can be squeezed into the micro cracks and micro pole to produce bridge blinding effect which avoids the permanent damage to oil and gas layer caused by solid particle bridge blinding.
(4)For formation sensitive to flow velocity , it can reduce the damage to oil and gas reservoir.
(5)This product can be extensively used in well flushing and workover operations. Due to its low density, low content of solid, high fluid viscosity, and micro-bubble effect, it can minimize secondary pollution of well washing and repairing fluid to reservoir.

(1) Packaging and Storage
It is packed by paper/plastic bags of 25kg net weight each and stored in cool, dry and ventilated places. Guarantee period is 1 year.
(2)Environment and Safety
This product is non-toxic and harmless to human and environment. No need of special attention when using. Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise wash with plenty of water. No swallowing.
The foaming agent has been widely applied in Latin America with good performance.
