In double toggle jaw crushers, the crushing is done by compressing the feed material between two enormous jaw plates. As the moving jaw moves up and down, the stationary jaw closes thereby crushing the material to the required size which is generally a cubical product. Because there is no rubbing of parts, the machine automatically compensates for periodic wear and tear.
