During Machine operations of job clamped at one station(HEAD), the operator unloads completed job at second station, loads fresh job and shuts station door.
NOTE :- After completion of machining operations at one station. CNC senses whether job has been loaded at second station & door sheet. In case both these conditions are met, saddle rapidly moves to second station and machining starts.
The operator now carries out job unloading at first station and loads fresh job.
