Double Sigma Mixer - Stainless Steel, Independent Drives | Double Doors, 3-5 Minutes Mixing Time, Mounted Control Panel, Automation Provisions

The drive of the Mixer is through independent drives for each z-arm. The two drives are through International Design Helical Geared Motor. This totally eliminates the cumbersome belt drives / gear train, its related power losses and required repeated maintenance. The geared motor is designed to directly give the required differential rpms for the two z-arms.

Our Mixers are provided with double doors at the bottom (pneumatically operated) which will ensure effective complete emptying of the material.

The trough and jacketing are of stainless steel construction. The jacketing of the Mixer (for warm / chilled water circulation) is also provided to enable you to process a wider range of raw material.

The design of the z-arm -profile ensures homogenized mixing of color / perfume / additives in as low as 3 to 5 minutes of mixing time.

The operating Control panel is mounted on the machine and duly internally wired which has all the required switch gears including soft starters for the two motors. Thus, only a single electrical connection needs to be provided for the machine start-up.

Required provisions can be made in the electrical panel for automation of the Finishing Line (interlocks with the Batch Weigher, safety for the machine to stop when the lid is opened, integration with the batch dosing system of noodles, color, perfume, etc.)
