Double Drum Permanent-magnetic Separator

Our range of Double Drum Permanent-Magnetic Separator is a wet type low-intensity magnetic separator with relatively high magnetic field and the most efficient magnetic separating machine for minerals with strong magnetism. It can be equipped with semi-conflow, con-flow and co-flow tanks and equipped with double-drum or three drums according to customers requirements and its magnetic induction intensity (150mT~400mT) can be designed according to specific mineral properties and operation processes.
These Double Drum Permanent-Magnetic Separator is advanced in structure, light in weight, reliable, easy to maintain and with serialized products and standardized parts, the separator can satisfy the needs of large, medium and small ore concentration plants. This machine is mainly used in the following applications:
(1) For primary rough dressing and refused tails, increasing recovery rate and reducing the load of second-stage grinding.
(2) For concentration of ferromagnetic minerals, increasing ore grade and recovery rate.
(3) Used before high-magnetism separation to remove ferromagnetic minerals from the ore and prevent magnetic clogging.
(4) For recovery of heavy media at coal processing plants.
