Eco Friendly Double Disc Grinding Machine

Double-disc grinding has always offered machining to-size parts with flat and parallel sides. In Double-disc grinding method, two opposed abrasive wheel-discs which mounted on different spindle, simultaneously grind opposite and parallel faces on work pieces traversed between them via any of several fixturing / carrier techniques. Production rates are generally 100 percent greater than those obtained with surface grinding. Accuracies obtained are, to a large extent, application-dependent.
