Double Dip Balloon Padder

We have made a good reputation in the market by manufacturing, exporting and supplying a huge assortment of Double Dip Balloon Padder from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The machine has four different hard less rollers used for best squeezing result of the fabrics. The machine over feeding mechanism used to avoid the elongation of fabrics at the time of process. Optionally we add De-Twister, Turntable, Softener dosing table and magnetic structure. The squeezer rollers are covered with special synthetic rubber compound to obtain uniform and high squeezing effect with low pressure. Consists of an air injection device and a few pair of SS guide rollers which control the ballooning effect. All drive motor is controlled by A.C invertors to obtain tension free working.
