All the parts are made of stainless steel of specified grade as per client requirements. 2/3rd of the volume of the Double Cone Blender is filled to make sure proper mixing. Features:

The conical shape at both ends of the Double Cone Blender ensures uniform mixing & easy discharge
All parts are made out of stainless 304/316 quality material, as per customer requirement
2 number of safety rods will be provided at back side. (1 LH side and 2 RH side)
Suitable size of butter fly valve at one tip of the cone provided for end material discharge and the hole with open able cover provided at the other end of the cone for material cleaning & charging too
1 shaft with 4 numbers of fixed baffles with mirror polished provided inside of the cone
Safety guards are made from SS304 pipes which is provided in front of the machine with limit switch
It has 3 phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer & Ammeter
As per customer requirement m/c will be provided with left side drive or with right side drive.
