Beam Surface Vibrator

Double Beam Surface Vibrator is made up
of alloy section making it very light in weight and hence providing easy
transport with very little or no physical labour . Today, the need arouses for
leveled and durable concrete surface . Double Beam Surface Vibrator can serve
the purposes for both compacting and levelling the concrete. Its beneficial in
two ways:-

1. provides optimum vibration, and,

2. provides lasting life.



The width of this vibrator goes upto 6.2 meters making them worth useful for
most types of concrete floors. The vibration penetration depth is contingent on
the concrete consistency and beam length.

Before using surface vibrator for
thicker floors, Poker vibration is always recommended.



Double Beam Surface Vibrator is an aggregation of two parts : Beam Unit and
Vibrator Unit, with height of beam unit being 67 mm and standard beam length
being 4.2 and 6.2 meters.

With a motive to prevent the sagging of
beam unit resulting due to weight of vibrator unit, tensioning device is
provided through out the length of the beam unit.



Vibrator unit further consists of external vibrator, which is fitted at the
center of the beam unit.

A provision of reverse and forward
switch mounted on a clamp and fixed to one end of beam unit, is also made.
