Ingredients :

• Black Gram Dal


• Rice Flour


• Salt


• Sodium Bicarbonate


• Malic Acid


• Fenugreek Powder

• To the contents of this pack add 650 ml of water for every one cup of mix without heap add 2 cups of water and mix well without lumps to get smooth batter.


• Keep aside for 10 minutes.


• Heat Dosa pan and smear it well with oil.


• Spread required quantity of batter to give one Dosa on pan.


• Roast over low flame on both sides till golden brown colour.


• Rub the pan lightly with damp sponge, cloth for cooling the surface .


• Repeat from step 3 to make your next Dosa.


• PLAIN DOSA : Serve hot with coconut chutney or suitable side dish.


• MASALA DOSA : Stuff potato onion curry, any other Masala Curry and serve with Priya Curry Leaf Powder, Idli Karam, Nallakaram. To make 11 DOSAS of approx.60gm each
