Dlts Single Screw Hydro-extractor

These DLTS Single Screw Hydro-Extractors are equipment dehydrating wet materials by means of mechanically pressurized process, which are widely used in chemical, light and food industries. For instance, it is used for de-watering of corn germ, corn fiber and potato dregs in starch industry for the purpose of deep processing and utilizing of them and improvement of comprehensive usage. The de-watered materials can go to drying equipment of next working procedure directly, thus reducing energy consumption of drying equipment.
To adopt the equipment can recycle waste water containing starch after squeezing fibers, so as to reduce washing loss and raise starch recovery rate and also improve production environment from it and economic benefits of byproduct.

Feature of structure:
The cones are mounted on the periphery of helical blades of prime part of the equipment to form blade pitch and generate compression ratio with height doubly, extruding materials forward for compression. Water is drained from penetration shell embedded with perforated tray (cylindrical hole or conical bore). And de-watered materials fall down through material outlet. The penetration shell (cage) and perforated trays (filter screen) are of split Bolton structure for convenient maintenance and disassembly. At feed inlet and bottom of cage are mounted water skip and draining pipe opening to facilitate recovery of washing water.
