The dimer carboxylic acid is produced by the polymerization of unsaturated fatty acid like oleic and linoleic from natural grease under the presence of catalyst. it is maily used to produce polyamide resin(used in the production of printing ink),epoxy resin solidifying agent,Polyamide hot-melt adhesive,thixotropic alkyd and so on.Besides,it could also be usd in the fields like lubricant additive in steer rolling oil,chemicals used in the digging of oil well,anti-oxidizer of metal processing oil andso on.
