Owing to affluent industry proficiency and experience, we are involved in manufacturing and supplying a huge spectrum of Digital Torque Indicator with Torque Sensor in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Digital Display Unit serves as Brain of this Calibration system and it is responsible for all necessary calculations and conversions, also it is capable of displaying the output in three different units (i.e. Nm, kgfm & lbfft). Digital Display Unit is a solid state portable table top device; It is designed to operate in conjunction with low level milli volt signals from strain gauge bridges of Torque sensor & gives digital output. The Display Unit comprises of input bridge balancing networks, highly stable D.C. power supplies for torque sensor excitation, amplifiers and Auto calibration facility. It operates on 230V/50Hz A.C. Mains.
The output of strain gauge bridge network from torque sensor is fed as input to Analog to digital converter which amplifies the mV signals internally and converts amplified analog signals into Digital signals and these digitized signals are fed to microcontroller which performs all. necessary conversions & calculations and sends processed output signals to display unit, hence digital output.
