enhanced. Same case is for glass moulds also.

(2) Die-Casting Dies : The TCD Processed dies prevents new dies against heat checks

and avoids soldering at gates. TC Coated dies prevents wear from parting line and

butting area, hence, flesh problem is reduced.

(3) Forging Dies :Forging dies are TCD processed for better hot hardness and for erosion

resistance property. The process generates metallurgical bond and does not flake-off.

(4) Sheet Metal Dies : TCD process prevents punch wear and slug pull-back problems.
