2. Quality and standards: GB/T1299-2000 EN ISO 4957

Reduction ratio
The reduction ratio required is:
min. 5:1 for forged bars
EFS+VD+Forging+annealing+UT+Surface treatment (grinding, Peeling, turning or milling)
ESR is available.
The manufacturing process provides that the material supplied according to these specifications has a high grade of structural homogeneity and thin grain size.

Hardness :
Annealed condition: HB 240 max
High carbon & high chrome ledeburite steels with good hardenability and high abrasion resistance. Their carbon contents are much lower than that of Cr12 steels. And meanwhile our steels are added with molybdenum and vanadium, so steel hot-working character, impact toughness and carbide distribution have been significantly improved.

Mainly applicated to producing cold-working dies with large sectional area, complicated form, high abrasion resistance and high loading resistance, such as cold cutting scissors, edge-cutting dies, roll-off dies, gauges, wire-drawing dies, screw plates, thread rolling dies, complicated-formed piercing dies, steel plate deep-drawing dies and high abrasion resistant cold-punched dies & punches.
