Other Services :
Various service providers are registered with DGFT for issuing of Certificate of Origin / GSP etc under Appendix-5 of HBP. Such applications are filed in Annexure 1 to Appendix 4C.
Various inspection agencies are also registered with DGFT for issuance of pre-shipment inspection (PSI) for metal scrap import. Application for this registration is made on Appendix 5A to DGFT (para 2.32.2(a) of HBP).
Permission for MOU with a Foreign Government / Foreign Party / Indian Party for onsite verification / access to records / documents in terms of Appendix 3 of schedule 2 of HSITC, to be applied on Form ANF 2EE, from DGFT.
MOEF: Clearance of application / License from Ministry of Environment and Forest at New Delhi.
