Normally, for wet mineral concentrate and tails dewatering process, it firstly goes into thickener for primary dewatering and then goes into filter for secondary dewatering. however, our this dewatering system can instead of thickener and filter, that is the mineral concentrate or tails (such as, cupper ore, gold ore, iron ore etc)can directly goes into this system to finished washing, screening, dewatering process to get final 18% water.
Dewatering Screener System Working Principle:
Firstly, the compound of slurry is feeding into cyclone for washing and desliming by pump, under the centrifugal force and gravity force, the course and heavy sand is separated and discharged from the bottom. The discharged and washed sand is directly flowing into vibrating screener for screening and dewatering.
