Our Product is used in effluent treatment plant and for Heavy settled soft sludge .It ranges from 2HP/30HP and speed 1450 rpm , 4 pole continuous rated motor in a squirrel cage.This product has vertex type impeller rotating clock wise and having class -F type insulation .Agitator ,Impeller and rotor shaft are all made of SS-410 .Our design allows impeller to have wider flow to avoid any clogging and has agitator to stir settled soft sludge.

Our New Design

In our design seal of motor and seal of pump are no longer connected by a common oil chamber, this design prevents damage of motor and hence reduces maintenance considerably.This is also improves capability of dismantling pump and motor. Here shaft is covered with SS sleeve to prevent shaft from damage.In spite of such design change performance characteristics remains same.
