These Desizing and Souring-Bleaching Range Machines are applicable to continuously desize, scour and bleach the cotton, jute, polyester and blended fabrics in way of open width and provide a quality assurance for the dyeing and printing operation in the latter processing steps.

1. The inter-machines process can be organized at will according to the different products and technical requirements.

3. Fabric guide roller body:150-200mm
4. Steamer form: single-layer net piece steamer, double-layer net band steam, R-steamer
5. The stainless steel net blade structure makes the steaming much more easier through over the core, which ensures a well-distributed scouring and bleaching and avoids the barre signs.
6. Coarse guide roller is applied for the pre-steaming areai multi-point common source transmission by frequency conversion, resulting in not easily occurrence of shrinked bars to meet the special demands for the fine count high density elastic fabrics.
7. Steam sealing for fabric-ini either water-sealing or steam-sealing or both application for fabric-out. The outer surface is warmth-insulating and energy-saving; The board is sprayed with pills.
