FenixAR has the requisite design strength to design and manufacture efficient and low-cost TEG contactor columns required for dehydration systems in processing of natural gas. Stringent process performance guarantees is provided by us.
Our TEG Dehydrator system is a 3-column unit packed with efficient Fenix structured packing FXPack. We routinely use AspenPlus, the most widely used simulation package, to ascertain that our design is highly efficient and cost-effective.
Saturated moisture-laden gas is fed to the first column where lean Triethylene Glycol removes moisture to bring it to 10 ppm level using packed bed counter current operation. This column works as an absorber. The exit TEG, after absorbing moisture is regenerated using two columns - Stripper and Regenerator. In the stripper, moisture is removed from TEG by heating, usually employing a reboiler. The remaining moisture in TEG is further removed by recycling small quantity of dry gas generated in the first column.
We also offer other Internals for Oil & Gas Processing sector such as vane packs, vane inlet devices, demisters, coalescers, cyclone decks, plate packs, vortex breakers, amine contactors, sand jetting systems etc.
