Dehradun Basmati Poha

Recipe for dehradun basmati poha :
Add enough oil to frying pan deep frying
Put the poha in a metal sieve & dip it in hot oil to deep fry the poha
Keep this aside
To make more chevda repeat the process
Fry some ground nuts, Cashew nut halve, & cut strips of coconut & add it to the fried poha kept aside
Add the require quantity of salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder & sugar (for sweet taste)
Mix well & store in air tight container

Net Weight : 500 gm
Best Before : 6 months
Usage : Mainly used to prepare chevda
Ingredients : Flattened grains made from rice
Conditions : Keep in cool dry and Insect free place. Protect from direct Sun light
