Carefully design de-coiler with robust construction base for good stability to handle the coil, the main spindle and coil holding arms housed in base frame and the main spindle rotates in double sealed heavy duty bearings, de-coiler are drive by chain, and drag brake is also equipped for unnecessary opening of coil,
De-coiler is driven by Ac induction motor fixed speed (ac variable speed on optional), Three self centering jaws screw type to hold the coil. Loop is control by the loop arm working with limit switch/ proximity sensors. Powered with 1h.p motor. Max coil weight is 1000 kg. Non-motorised de-coiler is also available.
