Construction: Webcon's Autoclaves are
triple walled construction with inner chamber, steam jacket, outer
covering & boiler are all made of heavy gauge AISI 304/316
stainless steel duly Argon-arc welded. Back plate & end rings are
also made of stainless steel. Doors too are made of thick S.Steel
Plate.

Insulation: Webcon's Autoclaves the
space between steam jacket and outer wall is insulated by thick
asbestos sheet for minimum thermal losses and also minerals glass
wool.

Steam Generator: Webcon's Autoclaves
steam generator is made of Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel sheet 304 with
folding stainless steel plate for easy access to low level water cut
off device & heating elements for easy cleaning of scale
deposited for its longer life. Steam generator is also fitted with
water level gauge, water inlet & outlet valve

Multi-Port valve: Webcon's Autoclaves
are fitted with single point multi-port-valve. The complete
sterilization cycle is controlled from one point for easy operations.

Vacuum Breaker: Webcon's Autoclaves all
have an Automatic Vacuum Breaker device fitted in all autoclaves in
order to create vacuum in case of steam condensation.

Auto-Pressure Controller: Webcon's
Autoclaves are all fitted with Automatic Pressure Control systems to
ensure that pressure is constantly maintained at set pressure by
cutting off/ on the power supply automatically.

Moisture Trap: Webcon's Autoclaves
discharge lines are all fitted with moisture trap to absorb
condensate automatically thus preventing any moistening of the loaded
material to be sterilized in the chamber.

Moisture Trap: Webcon's Autoclaves are
fitted with ISI marked Flanged immersion heaters.

Electrical: 440 V 3 Phase 50 Hz.
