Key Features
The Facility is provided for controlling constant voltage and constant current through front knob. Digital timer is provided to give set time to the plating process.
How to Use: Set the current required to the plating process by setting the front Knob of current. The electronic rectifier will give pure DC current (Ripple Factor less than 1 %). Then after set the time by front thumbwheel switch and push the reset push button. The timer will start from 000 after the set time current will come to zero and buzzer will alarm. To switch OFF the buzzer press Mute Push Button.
Lacquer Rectifier
This Rectifier is available for the rating of 80 Volt, 20 Ampere for the Lacquer Process. The ramping facility is provided in this machine to start from zero to reach the set voltage. It is operated on 230 Volt AC. Voltage and Current rating can be supplied as per the demand of the customer. Digital Volt Meter, Digital Ampere Meter and Digital Timer will be supplied with the rectifier.
