Monel K-500:
nickel-copper alloy able to be precipitation hardening.
It has similar corrosion resistance with Monel 400, but has stronger strength and hardness.
It has low magnetic permeability, and when the working temperature lower than -101, it is nonmagnetic.
Under the aging state, the mechanical property of Monel K-500 is 2-3 times stronger than Monel 400, even when the temperature reach 600, it still has the high tensile strength, fatigue corrosion resistance and relatively lower magnetic permeability.
