We are involved in CTS Downstream Magnetic Separator to our clients. Scope of application: This product is specially design for the roughing and scavenging of minerals at first and second stage of process. It is suitable for the processing of mineral sand with particle size 0-5mm. It is currently widely used in the beneficiation of river sand, iron sand, sea sand and the iron removing of front-end procedure. The magnetic system is made from high-performance rare earth neodymium iron boron (NbFeB) and (or) ferrite material, with big depth of magnetic field penetration and strong ability against anti-demagnetization.The outer separating cylinder is made of refined wear-resisting stainless steel. Thickness of 1-4mm wear-resisting rubber can be attached to the surface of the cylinder.ISO standard driving chain connection ensures reliable and stable operation with convenient and fast maintenance. Optional efficient induced discharging unit based on mineral natures.
