Our organization is highly involve in providing a wide range of CS/PTFE Lined Jacketed Pipe. Material Specification: Pipe / Jacketed pipe: Seamless as per ASTM A 106 Gr B confirming to ANSI B36.10 sch 40 from 25 NB to 150 NB and ANSI B 36.10 sch 20 from 200 NB to 300 NB or Medium Duty ERW steel pipes confirming to IS : 1239 Class B or SS 304 or SS 316 as per client requirement. Fixed Flange/Loose Flange/ Collar: ASTM A 105 Gr B or IS 2062 Gr B or as per client requirement. Liner: Virgin White PTFE liner, Lining Thickness varies from 3 mm to 8 mm from 25 NB to 300 NB. Operating Characteristics: PTFE Lined jacketed pipes are suitable for processes within the temperature range of -29 deg C to 260 deg C. Quality: Testing and Inspection by QC dept. of Incoming raw material for material confirmation, dimensional testing etc. Final Product Inspection and testing involves Spark test at 10 kV, hydro test at 10 kg/cm2, air leak test at 3 kg/cm2 etc in accordance with ASTM F 1545 Specification.
