HIGH MECH's High speed Crown cap sealing Machine is built from complete stainless steel frames. The feed container moving on conveyor belt are fed into star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head. Capping Speed of Crown capping machine is 35 bottle per minute. (1) Rotary neck holding. (2) Air Blow Conveyor on the in feed. (3) Slat Belt Conveyor on the out feed with the AC Drive and Inspection Table with lighting system & white-black background. (4) No Bottle - No Rinse - No Fill - No Cap. (5) Unique Pick & Place type Capping. (7) Speed Control by AC Drive. (8) Cap Elevator for feeding cap to the chute with automatic operation. (9) Speed indicator on main panel. (10) Can handle all bottle size ranging from 200 up to 2000 ml.
