Highly effective against staphylococci,
streptococci, pneumococci and anaerobesNo cross allergenicity with the
penicillins or cephalosporinsReadily penetrates all body tissues
including bone in therapeutic concentrationsRemains active in the presence of
bacterial enzymes, pus and necrotic tissue.




Indicated for the treatment of serious
or severe infections caused by susceptible strains of
methicillin-resistant (beta-lactam-resistant) staphylococci.

Effective in the treatment of
staphylococcal endocarditis including septicemia, bone infections,
lower respiratory tract infections, skin and skin structure
infections.
