Cold, cough and tonsillitis
are contagious viral or bacterial infections that attack the air passages and
may also cause due to inflammation condition of the tonsils and / or the vocal

cold, cough and tonsillitis are pain in the face area, headache, blocked nose, sore
throat, watery eyes, cough-tickly, dry or phegmy, tenderness in the neck, fever
and loss of voice.

Direction :

Put the oil into the
nostrils with a fingertip and inhale deeply.

Gently apply the appropriate quantity of oil with tips of three fingers
by patting, over the cheek-bones, root of the nose on the eye brows, temples,
behind the ears downwards to collar bones and around the neck muscles from the
bottom of the skull to the base of the neck towards shoulder muscles , and
around the front part of the neck (throat area) with circular motion. Repeat several times with appropriate quantity of
oil, until the oil is absorbed completely. Gently rub the oil under the feet
and all the toes with the tip of thumb.Pour
several drops of oil into a large bowl of very hot water, mixing with Foot Bath
Crystal, cover the head with a towel and breath in the vapour for 5 minutes or
so. This procedure can be undertaken up to
thrice a day and the last inhalation should be bedtime.
