copper & copper alloys. These oxides, if allowed to remain in the melt,
cause sluggish & gassy metal leading to low mechanical properties of cast
part.
Our degasser contains very reactive
reducing agent which form stable oxide by combining with oxygen. Such oxide can
be easily separated melt and thus the metal quality is improved. Like oxygen
blow holes reduced, metal fluidity improved, melt treatment time reduced.
