Operating principle: Direct On Line Submersible Starter

DOL starter comprises contactor, overload relay, On / Off push buttons, housed in a sheet steel enclosure. The starter enables in easy starting / stopping of a motor and also protects motor against overload and single phasing condition.

Automatic Submersible Star Delta Starter:-
Initially, the star & main contactors are switched On and the pump operates in a star position. The auto changeover to delta takes place after the preset star time, and the starter runs in a delta position. These starters helps meeting the starting current requirement during the star operation and the runs on a current requirement during the delta operation of the submersible pump motor.
