Temping is a co-employment relationship between a Client company, temping company and the Employee. The relationship between the three players is shown as, The Temp Company (TDS Placements & Services Pvt. Ltd.) and the Client Company sign a service level agreement. The Employee and the temp Company (TDS Placements & Services Pvt. Ltd.) have an employment relationship. The Employee provides services to the Client.
