Continuous Induction Sealing Machine is the one that utilizes the electromagnetic induction principle for producing instant high heat for manually adhering the melted wad type aluminum foil sheet to the bunghole of HDPE / PP / PET bottles / LDPE / jars, etc. Continuous Induction Sealing Machine is provided with a generator and special tunnel type head for high speed sealing. It is mounted on a mobile frame with an internal water circulator to ensure superior functionality of the machine. Its advantage is that there is no surface heat for sealing the caps so that the bottles or caps does not get damaged & the bottle / jar lid gets sealed as they move on the conveyor.
