Continuous Cold Stabilisation System

Our continuous cold stabilization system is propagated in the name of 'Kristalstop'. While making potassium & calcium bitartrate are important instability factors since they crystallize with lower temperature. So, liquor is stabilized by means of cooling, crystallization and filtration of the tartrates, before bottling. With the normal conventional stabilization process, it takes more than 2 or 3 days time. But with our Kristalstop, stabilization time is reduced to approx. 90 min. Our system comprises of plate heat exchanger, scraped surface heat exchanger for immediate cooling of the wine, reaction tank, crystal separation and injection system, filtration system, necessary pumps and instrumentation. All the contact parts of the components are in AISI 304 / 316 and can be mounted on a skid for compact and easy installation.
